Company History
Pipes and Pumps has started out of a passion for all things highland. The owner Anna Lindsay has a long involvement with both Pipe Bands and Highland dancing. Anna began dancing aged seven, and danced competitively untill she was 20, after completing all of the dancing exams, she became a qualified judge and teacher. As a teenager she joined a pipe band and played the snare drum. While no longer competing, or playing; the love of the pipes, drums and dancing is still strong.
Anna started Pipes and Pumps in 2006, urged on by all of the pipers that she knows. With Dunedin's strong Scottish ties, it is only fitting they there should be a Highland Supplier in the city.
Although Pipes and Pumps is based in Dunedin, we are only a phone call or email away.
Remember distance doesn't diminish the famous Dunedin charm!
